Hannah Jacobs Portfolio

Hannah Jacobs (Jakes) is a composer, producer and multi-instrumentalist, based at Upcycled Sounds recording studio in East London. She fronts indie electronic duo pecq, produces records for bands and composes soundtrack and electro-classical work. Her music has been featured by the likes of Gramophone, DJ Mag, Spotify, Apple Music, BBC, Classic FM and UNESCO.  She also tours the world on keys and synth for artists such as Barry Can’t Swim and Arlo Parks. Highlights include Glastonbury Park Stage, Tiny Desk, Sydney Opera House, Coachella and Fuji Rocks.

Jakes has performed on keys, synth, vocals and playback for projects including Arlo Parks, Barry Can’t Swim, Berghaus, Wyldest, Genevieve Dawson, Orchestra of St John’s, Samba de la Muerte, Premium Leisure, Georgia Duncan, China Bowls, Nuage, Duke Boara, Jack Durtnall, Sam Lee, Sophie Janna, The Bobo, feeo and Beth Porter. She’s toured internationally including performances for NPR Tiny Desk, BBC 1 and The Late Show, Primavera, Reading/Leeds Festival and Hammersmith Apollo, Roundhouse and Sydney Opera House.
